I may be wrong, but I truly believe that the first client that a company has to worry about is its employees. An unhappy employee will not answer to the company’s needs in the long run. It’s too risky for a company not to worry about their most important clients, the employees; because they are the ones that make the company keep growing (or simply going). It may seem that a little something here or there is not much, but what happens when you put it all together in a crucial moment? What happens when the unhappy employee is needed to defend the image of a company?
